Just in case you are thinking of buying something from my shop here are all the details you probably would like to know.
I ship all orders as quickly as I can, but as I am a very small business (run by just one girl), it can sometimes take a bit longer to process orders than it might for a big retailer.

All product prices in my shop are listed in USD

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped out within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been sent.

When buying multiple kinds of products at checkout such as enamel pins and apparel, you should know that they are often sent separately since they are made at different facilities.

Here are the average shipping times :

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, your package may take longer than the estimated time to arrive. Thank you for your patience during these trying times!

  • Canada: 5-7 business days

  • USA: 7-21 business days

  • International: 10-30 business days

* Please note that during the holidays, when there is a high volume of packages being sent worldwide, your items may arrive a little later than the timeline estimated.

Tracking:

  • All sticker & postcard orders are sent with basic shipping, as regular lettermail. There is no tracking for these items.

  • All apparel orders (i.e., tote bags, sweaters and t-shirts) are shipped with tracking.

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all enamel pin orders will be shipped without tracking.

Custom Fees:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size so if you live in a country where you normally gave to pay a standard customs fee, please be prepared for that extra cost.

Returns & refunds policy

Lost order:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. Refunds or replacements may be made only in the case of shop error.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at info@annguyenart.com with your order information. That way I can try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it getting lost again, or if you prefer, I can issue a refund.

Damaged items:

The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me for a replacement or a refund! There is a 7 day replacement policy from the day the package is received. Unfortunately, if you don’t get ahold of me by then, I can no longer offer a free replacement.
